You've got the property! Pay the final part of your fee and pick up those keys!

Stamp duty
Third party costs (things like indemnity insurance if the seller didn't get planning permission - but don't worry, your conveyancer will always run these by you, there'll be no surprises!)

What happens if my purchase falls through?

We know that things don't always go to plan, so we've got you covered.

You will be required to pay 2.5m for the process. There will be an initial 50% deposit at the start and a 50% balance to be paid upon mortgage approval. If your purchase fails which is unlikely, and you have paid the initial deposit of 1.25m. We'll reuse some, or all, of the initial fee for the next property you find.
